Here are some tips for caregivers from WJCS: Create a network of support for you and your loved one, including medical professionals, family, friends, neighbors, and mental health and recreational services. This year the WJCS Compeer program, a supportive friendship program in which each volunteer is matched with an individual recovering from mental illness, celebrated its 50th anniversary.
