For High School students This group meets to sip on some tea, both literally and figuratively. The goal of this group is to provide a safe space to share life stressors with some delicious tea and meaningful conversation. The group will also provide peer-to-peer advice to those who want it and wellness tips to best manage and cope with stress, through the lens of resiliency and empathy. Please contact Jason Wieder, LMSW at [email protected].

Parenting our youth can be stressful, whether your children are elementary school-aged or college students, or any age in between.  Isolation, anxiety and social-emotional challenges for young people can be overwhelming, particularly with all that is going on in our world.  Our discussion will highlight cultivating resilience and empathy skills for our children. Please join us for an opportunity to share your experiences and gain insight in a supportive group designed to help our youth and their mental health needs.   If interested, please contact: Jennifer Schmelkin: [email protected] Youth Resiliency Roundtable Social Worker
