High quality, individualized services, guidance, and resource referrals ensure dignity and peace of mind to Westchester’s seniors, family members, and caregivers.
Our community-based services for seniors include:
- Senior Care Management
- Respite Services for Caregivers: Project Time-Out
- Livable Community Connections Project (Health, Educational, Cultural, and Other Support Services for Seniors living at home)
- NNORC (Neighborhood Naturally Occurring Retirement Community) programming and resources in Northeast Yonkers
Our specialized services for seniors include:
- Services for Individuals with Alzheimer’s and Related Dementias and their families
- Home Care Support for Holocaust Survivors
- Monthly support groups for family caregivers
- Counseling and support when individuals and their loved ones face critical illness or life-threatening condition
- Project Lifesaver for Seniors at Risk of Wandering
