Help a child walk into school this September with dignity and confidence! Support the WJCS 2026 Back-to-School Drive and provide children, youth, and families with the tools they need to succeed.
More than 800 children, ages 5-18, from under-resourced families in Westchester rely on WJCS programs. As families face cuts to benefits and rising costs, many cannot afford basics like clothing, shoes, healthy food, hygiene products, or school supplies.
Last year, community support allowed us to provide $50 gift cards to every teen and backpacks for all children ages 5–11. This year, the need is even greater — and our goal is to support every single child with the essentials that help them start the school year ready to succeed.
