Helping Seniors Age Safely at Home

The ability of seniors to age safely at home is essential to their peace of mind, as well as their family and caregivers. WJCS offers comprehensive services including in-home assessments, personalized care planning, on-going case management, guidance on senior living options, and information and referrals for seniors. The program enables older individuals to age safely in the homes and communities they love while providing support and peace of mind of the client and their family members.

Experienced staff members are adept at working with out-of-town families to oversee and coordinate long-distance care of aging loved ones.

“We will be forever grateful to you and POINT for making it possible for Ben to live independently in the community.  Through the internship program, he developed the ability to work and now has a job that he loves.  He developed good friendships through POINT’s social activities that will continue. He even met his romantic partner of more than 5 years! Thank you for helping Ben transition to adulthood!  We couldn’t have done it without you and POINT.”
