Addressing Alzheimer’s provides professional assistance to individuals and families caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, including counseling, support groups, and resource referrals.

Bereavement Services offers support groups and referrals to community resources.

Community Education offers training opportunities to individuals and families, direct care professionals, and local organizations.
GPS (Guiding Parents Through Services) connects families of children with emotional or behavioral problems to resources and treatment.
Pathways to Care supports individuals and families facing chronic or life-limiting illness including bereavement.
Project Lifesaver offers locator bracelets that use state-of-the-art radio frequency technology that can locate wandering or lost seniors.
