As Chief Clinical Officer, Patricia Lemp oversees four WJCS licensed mental health clinics, including two SAMHSA funded Certified Community Behavior Health Clinics, thirteen satellite clinics, clinical programs for assessment and treatment of inter-personal trauma, and a treatment program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Pat represents WJCS as a founding member of Coordinated Behavioral Health Services, an innovative IPA in the Hudson Valley area.

Pat earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work at Columbia University, and has been recognized by the Westchester Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers for both Distinguished Service (2015) and Social Worker of the Year (2004). She was inducted into the Notable Women in Human Services Hall of Fame in Albany, in 2018.
