Milagros Rivera oversees HR policies, recruitment, hiring, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Prior to joining WJCS, she worked at Intercos America, a global manufacturing operation in Rockland County, NY and Andrus Children Center in Yonkers, NY.
Milagros earned an MBA from Iona College and a Master of Science in Organization Management and HR from Manhattanville College. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Westchester County Society for Human Resource Management, a member of Non-for-Profit Westchester, and an English Tutor for Literacy Volunteers in Stamford, CT.
