Clive Mascarenhas joined WJCS in 2018 as head of the Information Technology (IT) Department.
He previously worked as MIS Director at ANDRUS and IT Manager for the New York Police Department’s Counterterrorism Division. Clive obtained his B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems SUNY Empire and holds several Industry IT certifications.
