Livable Community Connections Project
Livable Community Connections Project, a partnership with the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services, helps to keep seniors in their homes with independence, dignity, and civic engagement. Services include health, wellness, educational and cultural programs, and support services, such as accessible transportation, personal safety, and advocacy for affordable housing and safe sidewalks and roads.
