TransParentcy – Youth
TransParentcy is Westchester County’s only group for transgender and gender expansive youth ages 13-21, with a simultaneous but separate support group their parents/caregivers. Youth and caregivers meet separately so that everyone has an opportunity to discuss topics that concern them with their peers. Youth can come without an adult and vice versa. TransParencty is where you can find support to navigate difficulties and celebrate successes throughout the journey of being or raising a Trans or Gender Non-Conforming youth, and share resources, experiences, and knowledge with each other. INTENSIVE TREATMENT OF CHILDHOOD ANXIETY DISORDERS

This course will focus on empirically supported treatments for several childhood anxiety disorders, particularly focusing on cognitive-behavioral therapy which includes exposure and response prevention.
