WJCS is currently seeking a part time 14 hours/week Case Manager, to work as a part of our Holocaust Survivors Program. Under the general supervision of the Program Coordinator, the Case Manager will provide the evaluations, outreach, and case management to individuals and families of the Holocaust Survivors Program.  

In this position the selected candidate will be responsible for providing in-home visits to evaluate and re-evaluate clients for in-home services; maintain necessary client related contacts and assist Holocaust survivors fill out and submit paper work to obtain additional benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree; or a Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field, and a valid NY State Driver’s License. Knowledge of issues relating to trauma and past experience working with adults and families preferred.  The candidate must feel comfortable making home visits.
