WJCS Shelanu’s Target Sweep event was a night of laughter, friendly competition, and meaningful skill-building. Members of our Shelanu friendship community for individuals on the autism spectrum practiced social skills, learned how to navigate a store when they couldn’t find an item, and built confidence in asking staff for help. They also worked on budgeting, planning, and creating shopping lists.
