Community Programs of WJCS is the authorized OPWDD (The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities) housing support provider for 12 apartments in New Rochelle, NY. OPWDD Housing Subsidy is designed to support income-eligible individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who meet eligibility requirements and who are able to live independently.
