This Introduction to Trauma-Informed Supervision is the required first step for supervisors in Westchester to become involved with Trauma-Informed Supervision work groups. This training will provide supervisor participants with a foundation in trauma and resilience as incorporated in their roles as supervisors, with particular attention to collective traumas and vicarious trauma.

Learning Objectives:
- Participants will further understand the components of trauma and resilience.
- Participants will learn further about supervisor related job considerations and stressors.
- Participants will understand the impact of collective trauma on their supervisees and themselves.
- Participants will understand the impact of vicarious trauma on their supervisees and themselves.

Therefore, late arrival or an early departure of greater than 10 minutes constitutes not attending a class in its entirety. To document attendance, participants must sign in and out of the class and complete an evaluation at the end of each class.
