Jessica Piecyk is Assistant Executive Director of Jewish Programs and Managing Director of Early Childhood Programs. Prior to coming to WJCS, Jessica received a BA in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and worked with the State of New York on welfare reform before receiving a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in policy for children living in poverty from Columbia University. Jessica worked with the National Center for Children in Poverty conducting research on childcare, then went on to receive an MSW degree from New York University. She came to WJCS in 2014 to work as a home visitor with the Parent Child Home Program, which is now ParentChild+. She became Assistant Director of Parent Child Programs in 2017 and Director of Early Childhood Programs in 2020, expanding the department to include additional programming throughout the county. Jessica started in her current role in 2024, and is working to blend a variety of programs that serve individuals and families in Westchester through the whole lifespan.
