Caring for a loved one can be a stressful and lonely responsibility. The Family Caregiver Network (FCN) combines provides an array of comprehensive and integrated services to caregivers of older adults. Monthly support groups meet at Northern Westchester Hospital in Mt. Kisco on the four Tuesdays of the month from 9:30 – 10:30 AM. FCN programs are tailored to meet the needs of individuals, and outreach to community organizations, hospitals and corporations throughout Westchester.

The following services are provided free of charge through a grant from UJA-Federation of New York:

For Individuals:

  • Individual and family assessments
  • Family care planning
  • Support groups
  • Referral resources

For Synagogues:

  • Educational Programs/Presentations
  • Lunch and Learns
  • Information and referral resources

For Hospital Staff:

  • Educational Programs/Presentations

For Staff/Patients:

  • On-site support
  • Caregiver support groups
  • Referral resources

For Corporations:

  • On-site support
  • EAP referrals
  • Lunch and Learns
  • Support groups
