OnTrackNY is an innovative treatment program for adolescents and young adults, age 16-30, who have recently begun experiencing symptoms such as withdrawing from friends and family, unusual thoughts and behaviors, hearing or seeing things that others don’t or becoming fearful or suspicious of others.
The OnTrackNY team at WJCS is based out of the Peekskill and Hartsdale WJCS Clinics. Our Coordinated Specialty Care Team includes a Peer Specialist, Supported Education and Employment Specialist, Primary Clinician, Nurse, Prescriber and Team Leader. We are a diverse team that will work with individuals meeting clinical admission criteria, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.
If left untreated, these thoughts, feelings and behaviors can become worse over time. Lets work together on reducing your symptoms so that you can achieve your personal goals, including those for finding meaningful work and/or completing school.
There is hope and recovery is possible.
