Full-time, 35 hours per week in Yonkers. The DSS Community Clinic Coordinator will provide leadership in program development and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Clinic located at the Department of Social Services. The Coordinator will supervise WJCS Community Clinicians, providing guidance & support on work with clients and their families in conjunction with DSS staff and works in partnership with DSS workers and administration. The Coordinator will participate in community meetings on behalf of clients and the agency. The Community Habilitation provider will be responsible to provide in home and community based habilitation services to individuals living in Westchester County with MR/DD/LD to support and teach independent living skills.
