Kerron Norman, MSW, Director of Child Welfare - Westchester County Department of Social Services,Yonkers District Office spoke at the 9^th Annual WJCS Martin Luther King Commemoration. Some 60 WJCS employees and Board members attended the event organized by the agency’s Undoing Racism Committee.  For her presentation, “Transforming Child Welfare,”  Ms. Norman, whose career in child welfare spans 20 years,  read an open letter to her social work colleagues.  To view her presentation, click here.
