WJCS has full-time and part-time positions available for social workers and mental health clinicians throughout the Westchester Family Mental Health Clinics and Satellite Clinics. Under the supervision of the Clinic Director and the support of a multidisciplinary team, the successful job candidate will provide comprehensive, evidence-based mental health evaluations and treatment to individuals with psychiatric and substance use disorders.

Qualifications:

  • New York State licensure or New York State license-eligibility (LMFT, LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW) is required.
  • Familiarity and experience with evidenced-based treatments, knowledge of modern principles of social work, prior experience with children, community mental health, and/or co-occurring disorders.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish, a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT); experience in trauma-focused CBTa plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of individuals.

Requirements
