WJCS Family Matters program has an exciting, position available for a Social Worker to be Coordinator of Child and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) in Westchester County. This is an opportunity to provide and supervise a wide array of community-based services to youth and families, to promote their growth and well-being.   The new Coordinator will share the belief that with support, direction and guidance children with social and emotional struggles can thrive in their communities and with their families. The new Coordinator will join the “Family Matters” leadership team and have the opportunity to grow as a leader in this new strength based, innovative program. This is an exciting professional growth opportunity in the field of children’s mental health. Family Matters strives to be an anti-racist program, with focus and emphasis on understanding structural racism and its impact on families.

The position requires an individual with strong clinical, administrative and computer skills. The position is home-and-community based and requires a vehicle and valid driver’s license. LMSW required. Bi-lingual, English/Spanish is a plus.
