Westchester Self-Help Clearinghouse

The CLEARINGHOUSE serves as the umbrella for more than 270 mutual support groups throughout Westchester. Staff provides information and referral, assists in the formation of new groups and trains group leaders. 

Self-help groups in categories as varied as Addictive Behaviors, Sexuality, Widows and Widowers, Parenting and Family Concerns, Employment/Career and Disabilities are part of the network. 
The CLEARINGHOUSE publishes a biennial DIRECTORY OF MUTUAL SUPPORT GROUPS in WESTCHESTER COUNTY.   The 30TH Anniversary Edition of the Directory, 2009-2010 Guide is currently available for $30.  To order, contact Lenore Rosenbaum at 914-761-0600 ext. 308.   The Clearinghouse also distributes a newsletter, Touching Bases, once a year.
