Grandparents of children with an autistic spectrum disorder can find support through the Grandparent Support Group offered by the WJCSAutismFamilyCenter. The group meets monthly at 845 North Broadway in White Plains. The next meeting is Monday, August 6 at 10:30 AM.  By decreasing isolation and increasing knowledge of autistic spectrum disorders, grandparents have an unique opportunity to share triumphs and challenges, develop a mutual support network and identify strategies for improved family life.
