WHITE PLAINS, NY, Feb.2 -- The Havorah Program of Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) is sponsoring a Purim Celebration for persons with developmental disabilities on Sunday, February 28 at 1:00 PM at Bet Torah Synagogue, 60 Smith Avenue, Mt.
