We will be deep-diving each chapter of Estelle Frankel’s book The Wisdom of Not Knowing: Discovering a Life of Wonder by Embracing Uncertainty, exploring themes such as curiosity, silence, creativity, intuition, and courage through Frankel’s insightful reflections on religion, psychoanalytic theory, literature, philosophy, and modern science. The reading and the spiritual exercises offered at the end of each chapter (meditation and/or journaling) will enrich your experience as well as our conversations.
